After the vows and all the laughter, many guests headed back to their hotels for an outfit change after the intense afternoon heat, the celebration transitioned to Osteria Via Stato in downtown Chicago for an intimate, candlelit dinner. If you haven’t been there, you’re truly missing out. The restaurant has that cozy, old-world Italian vibe that warms your heart, and their complimentary roasted garlic cloves will fill your belly to the brim. Those are worth the trip alone! Sara and Jacob served delicious handmade pastas paired with perfectly rustic wines, and let me tell you, the toasts shared were deeply heartfelt and filled with love. With the ambiance set just right and everyone gathered around the table, it felt like a scene from some romantic film where folks celebrate love, laughter, and life all in one go.
