The Saturdays in my August of 2013 were all booked with the exception of one particular weekend. Instead of your traditional Saturday wedding, I captured a Sunday brunch held at the Chicago Park District’s Columbus Park Refectory. With the help of friends and family, Regan and Cesar planned a wedding from their hometown of Seattle, Washington. Regan had the most help in planning, execution, and overall design work from her friend, Hillary Schuster. Hillary took the lead on the conceptualization and arrangement of the flowers, to designing all of the paper products and buttons for table assignments, to creating and orchestrating all of the event decor. What a gift!
