Desiree + Shawn

Desiree is a woman after my own heart. For her wedding, she threw convention out the window and instead, brought in retro, Hollywood glamour. Desiree and her lovely ladies rocked untraditional bouquets: hers was made out of a collection of vintage brooches and her bridesmaids had a plume of either red or white feathers with matching petticoats. Ditching the “suit and tie” look, the gents donned rockabilly, 50s style bowling shirts with Converse Chucks on their feet. She arrived at the venue in her uncle’s blue Ford Fairlane 500 from the 60s, complete with fuzzy dice. After the ceremony, she switched out of the pristine white wedding dress and into a pleated gown, matching her jet black locks. I loved their Mexican Day of the Dead skeleton wedding cake toppers, too!
